Full Time, Days (7am - 7pm), Part Time, and PRN Positions Available. Has principle responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each assigned patient. Plans, provides, and documents discharge planning, teaching, and educates patient, family or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care. Assures the plan of care is carried out in a safe environment through performance and supervision of subordinate personnel. Requires graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Prefer one year of professional nursing experience. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Occasionally heavy lifting when moving or supporting patients.

CASE MANAGER - RN - FT

Full Time Position. The RN Case Manager is responsible for organizing, facilitating and evaluating the care options to best meet the patient’s mental, physical and emotional health. The case manager acts as an advocate for the patient’s needs, identifying providers, communicating with insurance agencies, and ensuring services meet the patient’s needs, and reviews patient benefits and advocates that hospital services are cost-effective and protect patient’s benefits. Must be Registered Nurse with current RN license through the Texas Board of Nursing.

CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (COTA) - FT, PT and PRN

Full Time, Part Time and PRN Positions Available. Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist (OT), the Certified Occupation Therapist Assistant (COTA) will follow the treatment plan developed by the OT. The COTA will teach techniques to patients with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments for rehabilitation purposes. The COTA will monitor activities to make sure they are performed correctly and provide encouragement. Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Must be certified by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy and have passed the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant National Exam. Must maintain an active Texas certification by completing the required number of hours of continuing education biennially. BLS required. New grads considered.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - FT, PT and PRN

Full Time, Part Time, and PRN Positions Available. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work to assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders for children and adults. Must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Texas. Prefer at least one year of experience.

PARAMEDIC - FT

Full Time Position. Answers emergency calls and makes patient transfers. Administers emergency care to patients in emergency situations providing maximum patient comfort. Relays pertinent information to dispatcher concerning patient condition and maintains necessary patient records of ambulance service. Maintains vehicle and equipment in optimum condition. Requires high school graduate or higher, current certification by the Department of State Health Services as an Emergency Medical Technician, current BLS, BTLS, or PHTLS preferred. PPPC preferred, current Texas Driver’s License. Prefer one year experience in an emergency medical environment. Requires effective oral and written communications skills. Must be familiar with operation of emergency medical vehicles and equipment and possess ability to adhere to hospital, local and state guidelines in delivery of emergency care.

FOOD SERVICE WORKER / COOK - FT

IT TECH - FT

Full Time Position. Acts as support for hospital and clinic information technology/systems and activities. The Technical Support Representative utilizes and operates computers, the information system, data entry, and related electronic data processing equipment, as well as has knowledge of general principles of computer system operations. The Tech is responsible for daily technical duties, managing work orders, maintaining the hospital and clinic camera and phone systems, and manages patch management and network support. The Tech monitors and manages image deployment, MDM/Inventory, the backup system, and Kaspersky updates/security center/antivirus. Must be available for call after hours and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. One to two years of computer experience and experience in hospital or clinic setting preferred.

MATERIALS MGMT CLERK - FT

Full Time Position. The Materials Management Clerk, under the direction of the Materials Management Director, assists with the functions and activities involved in maintaining the hospital district’s supplies and equipment. The clerk assists with the organization of all functions including maintaining stock levels, purchasing, storing, inventorying, and maintaining the District’s equipment and supplies. High School graduate or equivalent. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, Teams, etc. One year of experience in materials management preferred. Health care facility experience a plus.
